Riki Bhattacharjee is a globally recognised Human Resources Leader and Organisational Strategist with expertise in driving business growth through strategic people transformation. Her areas of specialisation include HR transformation, talent management, organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development and employee engagement.
She has extensive experience in building talent pipelines through premier institutions such as IITs, NITs and NMIMS, while leading workforce transformation initiatives and cross-border people strategies. Her international exposure in Canada and participation in leadership development programmes have further strengthened her understanding of global HR practices and organisational effectiveness.
Riki holds a PGDM/MBA in Human Resource Management from NMIMS, a Master's in Communication and Public Relations from Osmania University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from St. Mary's College.
