Ruchi was the Recruitment Branding Leader at IBM and has over a decade of Corporate HR work experience in Talent Management. She has earned the Most Valuable Ambassador award at IBM for Digital Transformation. In 2018, she won 40 under 40 HR Leader award. She has been honoured as Top 10 HR Influencer by SHRM India, Top 50 Women to follow in Asia, Top 10 Sheroes Mentor, Top 30 Feminist by ShethePeople, Top 100 Future of Work Influencer. Her articles have been published in reputed journals, newspapers and magazines. She has given guest lectures at IIM Rohtak, OPJindal University, GLBajaj.
