Sangeeta , till recently , led Mahindra Lifespaces as the MD and CEO and was a member of the Group Executive Board , Mahindra Group. She was the Co Chair of the Group Diversity and Inclusivity Council .As a member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra Group - the apex leadership council that strategizes on the various Group companies, and Co-Chair of the Group Diversity Council, she drove various initiatives in the Group with an aim of celebrating the uniqueness of every individual by fostering an environment of inclusion and empowerment.
