Sriram’s goal is now to contribute to industry as consultant with his experience in leading HR for over 4 decades for large companies and more particularly after leading the HR function of India's most successful and large engineering and construction conglomerate, L&T. At L&T, he has contributed by conceptualizing & implementing a Performance Management System called FAIR, developing a high potential programme with over 20000 assessments of leaders in 2 decades and several other first of the kind HR Policies, particularly in Leadership Development & Talent Management. He was recently felicitated with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Economic Times Human Capital Awards 2021.
