Aparna Piramal Raje is an award-winning writer, keynote speaker, facilitator, and educator who specializes in leadership, design, and mental health. She is the author of the national best-seller Chemical Khichdi: How I Hacked My Mental Health (Penguin, 2022), a memoir and self-help guide that has been widely acclaimed for its authenticity and courage. Her earlier work, Working Out of the Box (Random House, 2015), emerged from her long-running Mint column Head Office, where she profiled over 100 CEOs through the lens of workspace design and leadership styles. Aparna’s thought leadership has extended globally through contributions to the Financial Times Weekend. A popular keynote speaker and LEGO Serious Play facilitator, she engages audiences across corporations, nonprofits, industry bodies, and educational institutions. A visiting faculty member at Anant National University, Aparna studied PPE at Oxford University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
