A multifaceted scholar, warrior and sportsman. Awarded the Sword of Honor and Gold Medal at IMA, Dehradun, he also won the Gold Medal in B Tech and has been a topper throughout.
He commanded an Infantry Brigade on the China Border, an Infantry Division on the Pakistan Border and was the IG Training of the elite NSG. He has also served a UN Peacekeeper in Angola.
He pioneered the First Ever Brahmaputra Sailing Expedition mentioned in the Limca Book of Records 2020, and completed his PhD on Information Warfare.
He was selected as Deputy Director General of the MoD think tank, MP-IDSA, Delhi from 2020 to 2023, and is presently a Senior Fellow with CLAWS. He has delivered TedX talks and speaks on National Security, Information Warfare, Motivation and Leadership. He is an author of two graphic novels on war heroes and has several publications to his credit.
