Rajendran was a founding member of Zoho Corporation, initially known as Vembu Systems. He later spent seven years as Chief Algorithms Officer at Xerago, Asia's largest New age Marketing Entity, managing projects for clients like Citibank and Sify. Since rejoining Zoho in 2004, Rajendran has played a triple role: leading mobile development with a team that builds apps for over 45 million customers, serving as President of Zoho Schools of Learning a social experiment offering an alternative to conventional college education—and acting as a TEDx speaker and technology evangelist. In the past five years, he’s been happy-surfing the leading wave of this tsunami, building innovative mobile experiences for Zoho’s suite of products on the cloud.
