He has worked as the CEO of Gallup India (Global Leader in employee engagement), as a Partner (Engagement and Culture) at Aon Hewitt (Fortune 500 company), and as Group CHRO of a large Indian Conglomerate. Prashant has now set up, TheOther 2 Thirds Consulting LLP,a boutique engagement and well-being digital consulting firm that has created W.E.-Matter Model.
