Rajeshwar Upadhyay is a visiting faculty at Thunderbird and the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad where he takes the Leadership Development Program. He is Director of Par Excellence, a leadership development initiative and is based out of Princeton and Mumbai. He caters to a vast spectrum of behavioral and development programs ranging from Transformational Leadership to Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence. Rajeshwar has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience. and brings with him an integrated approach to learning emotional intelligence and decision making drawing from his knowledge of literature, history, comparative religion and mythology, philosophy, psychology and of course business, economics and systems thinking. Rajeshwar teaches the Global Leadership Immersion Program at the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Seoul, South Korea to senior corporate executives with a focus on ‘Leadership Skills for Doing Successful Business with India’.
