Vinod has an experience of 30+ years, in technical, business & HR domains. He has worked in Amdocs Development Centre LLP both in India & Cyprus (EU) for over 22 years. Before that, he worked in Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India & Oriental Bank of Commerce.
Vinod’s profile is unique due to experiences in both HR and business/technical domains. As Regional Head of Talent Management at Amdocs, his impactful & scalable interventions touched over a 1000 leaders. Previously, as head of Data & Intelligence unit, he grew the unit & helped deliver profitable projects to over 20 global customers.
