Rajat Mathur is a Managing Director of Human Resources and is currently the Head of HR for Morgan Stanley, India. Rajat has over 26 years of experience in Human Resources with the last 15 years being at the helm of the function both locally and overseas. He has earned his Masters from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and his Bachelors from St. Stephen's College, Delhi. Rajat has been with Morgan Stanley for 11+ years and has served as Asia Head of Talent for Morgan Stanley in addition to his current role.
