I have been driving 'Quality Consciousness', implementing some of the largest QA transformation initiatives in different roles across enterprises. I am re-discovering myself, and love the feeling of working hands-on, writing code that orchestrates tests across Unit, API's and Backend systems and experimenting with Continuous Testing. Being ambidextrous, I am equally competent with leading large strategic growth initiatives, business development, delivery and operations and implementing technical solution accelerators. I am inspired by Google's concept ofEngineering Productivity and have seen broad scale adoption of Quality Engineering Practices resulting in transforming Quality Engineering LOB from a cost toa profit center.
