As the Chief General Manager at the NTPC Power Management Institute in Noida, Pranav oversaw the complete spectrum of Learning and Development initiatives within NTPC, a prominent power-producing conglomerate in India. His extensive career spans over 35 years, during which he played a pivotal role in shaping HR activities, crafting policies, and driving strategic and operational HR functions for a workforce of 20,000+ employees.
He holds certifications as an ICF ACC and a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coach, in addition to being certified in MHS EQi 2.0 and EQi 360. He has also lent my expertise to Maharatna/CPSEs and private companies through consultancy assignments. Furthermore, he is empaneled by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, as an Independent Director.
