Seema Bhandari's journey epitomizes resilience and self-discovery. After completing her B.Com in 1987 and a distance MBA in 1989, she prioritized family upon marriage, dedicating herself to raising her two children. It wasn't until 2009, at 43, that she embarked on a transformative path. Enrolling in a Montessori Teacher Training Course, she was certified in 2010 and joined Little Scholars Montessori House & Play School in Kolkata. Now, for almost 15 years, Seema has been shaping young minds aged 2-6, playing a pivotal role in their formative years. Her transition from homemaker to professional underscores grit and determination, inspiring others to pursue their dreams regardless of age. A journalist turned communicator, Nidhi Gulati has a rich experience of over 2 decades in employee communications, media relations, branding, marketing communications, CSR and DEAI. After spending over a decade in media, Nidhi switched to the corporate side and since has worked across different industries spanning IT, BFSI, and now scientific publishing.
