Vaishali led the ISV business for AWS in India, helping B2B start ups achieve scale and global impact as a partof the AWS India leadership team. Till recently she was the India Managing Director and country head for Experian, havingmanaged the India PnL and led focused growth in areas such as Credit Bureau, Decision Analytics and Software.She has 25+ years ofexperience in setting a third party BPO practice andled and managed the Banking andCapital markets practice across the globe with a 2500+ headcount. Sheset up a Captive/GIC as the first employee in India and scaled it to over 50% of the global head count for a Fund Administrator (PE owned firm).
