Anita is the best-selling author of “Equal, Yet different—Career Catalysts for the Professional Woman”, which offers an India-centric approach to enabling career women to achieve their full potential. The book offers a 360-degree approach to what organisations, families and the women themselves need to do to stay the course and get into leadership positions. An alumna of IIT-B and IIM-A, Anita attained the position of Director—Account Planning and Research at FCB-Ulka. Soon after, Anita set up Prosearch Consultants, a sport-based consultancy along with husband and business partner, Harsha Bhogle. They both run a motivational workshop called ‘The Winning Way’, where they share insights and learning from sports for managers. The series translated into a book which sold over 1,25,000 copies and started a new genre in motivational speaking.
