Deepak Mahurkar is a Mechanical Engineer, and post graduate in Finance and Marine Engineering. He started his career with Armed Forces as a Naval Officer. Later, he worked with the Power Generation sector to move into the Oil & Gas Sector. During his 31 years of professional career, Deepak gained diverse consulting, marketing, commercial, sales and operations experience. In consulting, his experience spans investment advisory, policy & regulations advisory, operational efficiency improvement, and business strategy related consulting.

Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Arun brings extensive experience from his service at the highest levels of strategic planning at the Army Headquarters. He has a wealth of overseas experience, leading large multinational, varied, and multicultural teams, managing over 1.2 million people and budgets in the hundreds of millions. Decorated multiple times and wounded in action, he also possesses extensive operational and teaching expertise. Lt. Gen. Arun has conducted over 1,100 workshops for audiences ranging from large multinational corporations to small schools on a variety of topics. With a significant social media following, he has been featured in sevral video podcasts and on the covers of two professional magazines.
