Dr. Ajit Kar is a distinguished author, speaker, motivator, and trainer with nearly two decades of experience in HRD, training, and consultancy across industry and academia. He ranks among the top 1% mentors on Topmate and serves as a startup mentor for IHUB, IIM-SBP. Recognized as one of the Top 25 Talent Development Leaders to Follow in 2025 by Tekstac, he has also been a Jury Panel Member for the Great Manager Awards 2024.
