Dr. Pankaj Jain is an internationally recognized academic leader in the fields of Sustainability, Indology, Jain Studies, Film Studies, and Diaspora Studies. Dr. Jain's publications include three monographs, especially the award-winning Dharma and Ecology of Hindu Communities: Sustenance and Sustainability (2011) and Dharma in America: A Short History of Hindu-Jain Diaspora (2019). He is also the editor of the Encyclopedia of Hinduism and a recipient of Fulbright-Nehru Fellowship for Environmental Leadership and Wenner-Gren Grant, among many other grants.
