Gopi has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and global automotive industry, spanning design, analysis, validation, product launch, and business planning. He is the founder of iNCAETEK Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company specializing in engineering, simulation, and skilling. Additionally, he created dsynXPO.com, the world’s first portal for design talent management. He is also developing India’s first Engineering Design Center of Excellence under the Indian Government’s ACIC scheme. His efforts are focused on enriching product development and engineering R&D through a variety of up-skilling programs, aimed at infusing skill-certified talent into the global engineering sector. He has prior experience with Daimler R&D in Germany and GM-Opel (EU), GM-Korea.
