A corporate trainer turned artist and entrepreneur, Ghazal, co-founded Mamaearth, driven by the passion for making early parenting, stress-free. As the Co-Founder and Chief Mama at Mamaearth, India’s first toxin-free baby care brand, Ghazal is responsible for product development and community management. She works closely with a large number of mothers to develop a product line that addresses problems that mothers face on a daily basis showing her commitment to customer satisfaction. In 2018-19, she received the award for the Best Brand of the Year for Mamaearth. She was one of the forty under forty achievers of India and Super Startups Asia Award. Ghazal was one of the most favorite judges on the Shark Tank India TV series. Ghazal speaks about her journey of passion and determination in building her brand in the competitive world of FMCG/Mothercare space which was dominated by the corporates.
