Dr. Sudha Srikanth has a Doctorate in Human Development from SNDT University, working closely in area of Enhancing Emotional Intelligence in Children, Teachers, Parents, Youth and Professionals. She has received her Certification in Emotional Intelligence (EQC and EQE) through Six Seconds, India. She is a member of the Institute of Coaching, Harvard Medical School, Boston, US. Sudha is Director Programmes, Innovations and Promotion, Equipoise Learning. She is a Master Trainer and Chief facilitator as well and has been a part of the team since inception.
