Aradhana Rai Gupta, Co-Founder of Project Baala, is an accomplished leader with an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from St. Stephen’s College. She has a diverse professional background, having worked in marketing at P&G and risk advisory at EY.

Her expertise in sustainability leadership, honed at the University of Cambridge, where she guided large organizations in implementing sustainable change in the development sector, adds significant value to her initiatives.

Driven by her passion for community development, Aradhana co-founded Project Baala to create a meaningful impact in underserved communities. Her contributions have earned recognition on prestigious national and international platforms, including the BMGF Goalkeepers 2023, Acumen Angels, PATH, JHPIEGO, Villgro, NSRCEL, and NATHEALTH.
